West Street Bars

West Street is a long street near the City Centre that is well known for the number of bars along it.

I would recommend…

1. Basement: “the best value bar in Sheffield”

– home of the infamous £5 round: a pint glass containing a bottle of VK, a bottle of beer, a Jäger Bomb, a double vodka mixer and shot of either Sambuca or Tequila – your challenge if you’re man enough is to try and down the drink in under 10 seconds. If tried and failed a forfeit of 3 Jäger Bombs must be carried out.

2. West Street Live: “The ONLY Sheffield Live Music Venue with Live Music 7 Nights a Week!”

 – famous for its inventive drinks e.g. Charlie Sheen’s Tiger Blood Drink, Schit Bombs, The Chuck Norris…
